Heshima Hub ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Heshima Hub web and mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Service. We are committed to protecting your personal and business data. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Account & Profile Information

Email address, password (encrypted), and Google sign-in identifier when you register. Business profile details you provide during onboarding, such as business name, industry, business type, location, state, and startup stage.

Business Content You Create

Your personalized roadmap and task progress, projects and project tasks, contacts you add to your CRM, coaching session requests (date, time, topic, notes), and documents you upload to your Business Vault.

Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed by Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). We do not collect or store your full card details. We retain your subscription plan, transaction status, and subscription identifiers for account management.

Usage & Technical Data

Device identifiers, approximate location (derived from IP), app interaction events, crash reports, and standard server logs used to keep the Service secure and reliable.

How We Use Your Information

  • •Provide and personalize your roadmap, vault, projects, CRM, and coaching features
  • •Process subscription payments and manage your plan and trial
  • •Send you service emails such as welcome messages, task reminders, and coaching confirmations
  • •Power the AI Business Coach, which generates responses based on the questions you ask
  • •Sync coaching sessions to your connected Google Calendar when you authorize it
  • •Diagnose issues, secure the platform, and comply with legal obligations

Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the platform, under contracts that require them to protect your data:

  • •Base44 Payments / Wix — processes subscription payments and checkout.
  • •Google — sign-in and, when you connect it, Google Calendar for coaching scheduling.
  • •AI providers — generate responses for the Business Coach and Funding Finder using your prompts.
  • •Infrastructure and email delivery providers that host and operate the Service.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Heshima Hub, our users, or others.

Data Security & Retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and for legal record-keeping afterward. Payment records are retained for up to 7 years to comply with financial regulations.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. You can update your business profile at any time from the app. To permanently delete your account and associated data, see our Account & Data Deletion page or email us at the address below.

Children's Privacy & Policy Changes

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy from time to time; we will revise the "Last updated" date above and notify users of material changes through the app or by email.
